I had a great stay! The shower was excellent, hot water came quickly, and the bed was way comfier than expected. Plus, my room was neat and tidy, just like in the photos!

Makati's Eton Tower offers a great location. Access to amenities like restaurants and shops is simple, making exploring easy. The pool area is nice, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff members here really stand out. they are attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. However, room size is an issue. I had a Mini Double Room, and it felt cramped. No desk or chair made working difficult. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep. I expected a cleaner room on arrival, but housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. my trash wasn't collected until I asked. Lastly, the deposit policy is confusing. Paying a hefty security deposit wasn't mentioned upfront.

The location was perfect for our family trip, with plenty of kid-friendly spots nearby. After enjoying a leisurely stroll along the colorful murals in the area, the kids loved the inviting pool that kept them entertained all afternoon.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family activities available on-site.

I enjoyed my stay at Mini Suites Eton Tower Makati. While the room felt a bit cramped, the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it. The location offered easy access to fabulous shopping and attractions. A decent place for a quick visit.

The staff is exceptionally accommodating, went out of their way to assist me when I was in a hurry to check out. I needed help because I had an exam to catch, and they made sure I got out in a flash without any hassle.
